True Blue accepts returns for full part-cost credit within 30 days (except special orders and discontinued items identified in our catalog as "No Return.") You can obtain return instructions by calling us or by sending an e-mail to Support@TrueBlueParts.com (in your email, please tell us your order number, the part number and the reason for the return). We won't accept responsibility for any costs other than the cost of the part so please make sure you have the right part before you start the repair.

Returns must be sent to the correct address with our return instructions in the package to receive credit. The parts must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged box (cores must be returned in the box the new part came in.) The manufacturer's box must be in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original manufacturer's box.  Don't paint or modify the parts in any way, install it or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part.

We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. Refunds typically take about a week to process and will be paid as you paid us(i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order.) You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Thank you for doing business with True Blue.
